Succulent, naturally reared Welsh black beef is another culinary celebrity along with the local speciality Llyn Rose beef, a tender flavoursome alternative.
Sea caught produce from the shores of Cardigan Bay are another of the areas delicacy or what about tasting delicious Menai Oysters and mussels or experience the tender taste of crabs and lobsters caught off the Llyn Peninsula. Our mountain fed rivers also produce some of the best Salmon and the unique Swin (local name for Sea Trout).
